The Zero-Tolerance Movement
Zero-Tolerance is more than a slogan. It is a code of conduct and a commitment to live with discipline, accountability, and emotional control, especially in environments that constantly test your patience and your purpose.
Zero Tolerance for What?
We have zero tolerance for self-sabotage, wasted potential, emotional chaos, and cycles that destroy our youth. We do not accept a future where our young kings and queens are written off before they ever reach their prime.
Zero-Tolerance does not mean perfection. It means a relentless refusal to go back to the mindset and habits that keep us stuck. It means holding ourselves and each other to a higher standard with love, structure, and truth.
The 5 Ps: Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance
The 5 Ps are the formula at the center of the Zero-Tolerance lifestyle. They apply in the home, in the halls, in the workplace, and in the streets.
Proper
We make decisions in line with who we say we want to be, not just how we feel in the moment. Proper means aligned with your purpose, your faith, and your long-term goals.
Planning
Hope is not a strategy. Planning means writing it down, breaking it into steps, recruiting support, and preparing for real-life challenges before they arrive.
Prevents
When we prepare, we prevent avoidable damage—fights, failures, missed opportunities, and repeated mistakes. Planning creates space between impulse and action.
Poor
Poor outcomes are often the result of no plan, no boundaries, and no accountability. Zero-Tolerance teaches youth to identify poor patterns early and replace them.
Performance
Performance is how we show up—in school, in the community, on the yard, and at work. When the first four Ps are in place, performance improves naturally.
