Programs & Services
Zero-Tolerance programs are built for youth who are one decision away from a different life—and for the adults and systems responsible for guiding them.
Zero-Tolerance Core Curriculum (8–10 Weeks)
A structured series focused on the 5 Ps, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, identity, relationships, and purpose. Ideal for juvenile halls, alternative schools, and community programs.
Youth Transformation Intensives
Half-day or full-day experiences that combine story, trauma-aware teaching, group exercises, and commitments youth can walk away with and apply immediately.
School & District Partnerships
Multi-week or semester-based collaborations that embed Zero-Tolerance principles into existing school structures, supporting African-American and Hispanic youth at highest risk.
Justice & Reentry Support
Custom programming for youth in juvenile facilities, camps, and reentry pathways. Focused on mindset, planning for release, building a positive identity, and reconnecting with community.
Staff & Mentor Training
Workshops for educators, case managers, and frontline staff on how to communicate, set boundaries, and support youth using the Zero-Tolerance framework and 5 Ps.
Keynote Speaking & Assemblies
High-impact addresses for large groups where Uncle Willie shares his story, breaks down the Zero-Tolerance philosophy, and issues a challenge to step into a higher standard.
